Tottenham could relocate to Milton Keynes for a season

Spurs announced on Wednesday that the project has been delayed due to a high court challenge, meaning they are "highly unlikely" to be able to move into their new 56,250 capacity home in time for the 2017-18 campaign.

Revised plans involve Tottenham playing their home matches in a temporary stadium for one season and Pochettino admits that MK Dons' stadium:mk is on a list of potential options also understood to include Wembley and the Olympic Stadium.

"Every single decision the club makes is to improve and give better facilities to our supporters, so I back this decision," the Argentine told reporters.

"Yes, I was in Milton Keynes to watch the game with Manchester United in the Capital One Cup. It was the first time I had been there. It is a very good stadium with very good facilities but nothing more - it's a possibility.

"We need to speak a lot about this decision because we need all the information about the club, the supporters and the team but at the moment we are not talking about this."
