Who knows what the England striker’s plan is by his recent tweet of looking for a Spanish tutor .Daniel Sturridge is set to be a crucial part of the Reds strike force this season with Luis Suarez having departed for Barcelona.

But Sturridge's tweet may mean otherwise, which had many Liverpool fans wondering whether the 24-year-old was secretly harbouring a desire to be reunited with Suarez in Spain.

He tweets: Who knows of a spanish Tutor or wants to teach me? I know a little but not enough... Help a brother out!!!

Indeed, there is absolutely no suggestion that Sturridge could leave Anfield this summer or that a move to La Liga is in any way part of his plan.

Instead, some enterprising Liverpool fans suggested that Sturridge's tweet may have more to do with the arrival of Alberto Moreno at the club.

Moreno sealed a £12m move to Merseyside this week and said: "I am living a strange situation because I'm leaving the club of my life.
